Yowhip was a campaign I worked on with my partner, Ken Whitman, at Whitman-Olson, Inc. My role was to develop the branding and marketing strategy for this innovative lo-fat dessert topping product, and to manage the trial marketing roll-out in the Los Angeles area, known as one of the toughest entry markets in the US. Our $750,000 campaign involved print, radio, TV, collateral, and in-store demos. Thanks in part to superb execution by the rep firm, the campaign resulted in a 90% market penetration in 8 weeks.
